Monkey Bread Muffins
This is an easy muffin recipe that you can make any night of the week. They are so tasty, I guarantee you will become addicted to these muffins.
Serving Size: 12 servings
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
List of Ingredients:
2, 7.5 ounce cans of Pillsbury biscuits
½ cup of butter, melted
½ cup of light brown sugar
½ cup of white sugar
2 ½ teaspoons of powdered cinnamon

Methods:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a muffin pan with a cooking spray.
In a bowl, add in the melted butter and light brown sugar. Whisk until lightly mixed. Sprinkle into the bottom of each muffin cup.
In a Ziploc bag, add in the white sugar and powdered cinnamon.
Divide each biscuit piece into 6 pieces. Transfer into the Ziploc bag and seal. Shake thoroughly to coat.
Place 6 to 10 pieces of the biscuits into the muffin cups.
Place into the oven to bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until baked through. Remove and cool in the pan for 1 minute. Invert the muffins onto a wire rack to cool for 5 minutes.
Serve.
